Prime Minister arrives in Bengaluru to witness Chandrayaan Fete

BENGALURU, SEPTEMBER 6 ( KARNATAKA INFORMATION ):

The Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi arrived in the Space City Bengaluru late this night to witness the Chandrayaan-2, the landing of Lander Vikram and roll out of Rover Pragyan Events at the Indian Space Research Organisations Telemetry, Tracking and Command Network (ISTRAC) near here.

Mr Narendra Modi, arrived in a special aircraft of the Indian Air Force at the Yelahanka Air Force Base to witness this special fete, was received by the Governor Mr Vaju Bhai Rudha Bhai Vala, Chief Minister Mr B S Yediyurappa, Deputy Chief Ministers Dr. C.N. Ashwath Narayan and Mr Govind M Karajol, besides, Mr Modi’s Cabinet Colleagues Mr Pralhad Joshi and Mr D.V. Sadananda Gowda. and also the President of the State Unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party Mr Nalin Kumar Kateel.

The Chief Secretary to the State Government Mr T.M. Vijay Bhaskar, and the Director General and Inspector General of Police Ms Neelmani N Raju were also present on the occasion.
